About Mid-Continent Prototype Modelers

Mid-Continent Prototype Modelers is a non-profit group who host a yearly (with a notable exception) Railway Prototype Modelers Meet in Benton, KS the first weekend in November. We attract modelers from all over the country who enjoy sharing their methods with others in an effort to depict realistic scale model trains. This is not your typical train show with vendors and layouts, instead we bring our models in whatever stage of completion to show others our work. Also, we have individuals who will demonstrate their techniques on how they try to achieve realism.

So if you have some models you are working on or want to learn how to weather or kitbash your models, come join us this year and see if you can learn a thing or two.
